Howdy,

Here’s my draft of a policy to support the enactment of a tort of privacy:

I’ve kept it relatively brief, and based on key parts of the APF’s recommendations. It could be fleshed it out heaps more, but I don’t want to go into too much details for a policy document cf. actual legislation.

I’d appreciate more eyes to go over it, and feedback. I read over our own submission, and think it is consistent.
Hopefully it will be ready to vote on soon, so it can go to a full vote at the congress.

Just a reminder that the policy development committee will be voting on sending this to the National Congress on Wednesday night, so it would be good if there is anything you can contribute, suggest, clean up, etc.
