Assistance with candidate Facebook page

Greetings All,

So I’ve got a Facebook page which you can find here: https://www.facebook.com/BrandonSelicPPAUQLD/

I’d like to know how I’d be able to integrate our donate and volunteer services from the main PPAU website, like the Greens have managed to do with their page buttons here: https://www.facebook.com/ClaireforNudgee/

It looks more professional, mainly. IRC discussion recommended I throw it out to the forum. So, can anybody assist with this please?

Kind regards,

Brandon

Unfortunately those page tabs require a little prep work to add.

I’d suggest emailing the IT working group to see if you can get someone to do this. It’d be cool to have those tabs on the main PPAU page too!

As a short-term solution, you can instead add a call-to-action button that links to a page on the PPAU website. We added a signup button to the PPAU page a while back, doesn’t look as nifty as the tabs but they are a good shortcut and they do get some clickthrough.

The text is unfortunately set from a short list. You could use “sign up” or “learn more”, I think those are probably the most useful for a candidate or political party page.

Thanks, I’ll look into the Call to Action button during the week.

Unfortunately I emailed the IT Working Group, and they referred me to the National Council, who referred me here :stuck_out_tongue:
