- Over a weekend (by convention)

- 7th-8th
- 14th-15th
- 21st-22nd
- 28th-29th
There are no nationwide long weekends in July.
We want to put it during school and uni holidays.

Last Day of Uni Exams (trimester systems):
- Griffith: 2018-06-23
Uni restart (semester systems):
- ACU: 2017-07-30

Uni restart (trimester systems):
- Griffith: 2018-07-09
School holidays start:
- ACT: 2018-07-07
- NSW: 2018-07-07

School restart:
- ACT: 2018-07-23

As such, I think that earlier is better; I recommend the 7th-8th with the 14th-15th as backup.
