Should the marriage section of the platform include any reform to ensure fairness in divorce/custody disputes?

Have you thought about any of the specifics?
How would the rules or processes need to change to increase fairness?
Default 50/50 custody, reform to spouse maintenance to be focused on the well-being of the children. The current platform might address this partially already by leaving the state out of marriage, but perhaps it should be clarified.
