I asked my phone if I was enslaved and it said I wasn’t. Then it told me to respond to 3 notifications, to leave work in 7 minutes, and that I’d eaten too much and hadn’t taken enough steps today.

We have been relying on tools for over quarter of a million years, nothing has changed in that regard.
