I have a suggestion for PPAU Fund raising. The PPAU could offer these for sale. Only question is if it is worth doing.

I don’t think they have a problem with people building and selling Pirate Boxes - there are plenty of websites where people have offered to make custom boxes and such, but few of them seem to be active.
You could always contact the creator to get his blessing, but making nice-looking Pirate Boxes would probably be too time-consuming to be profitable. Unless you just wanted to sell the pre-flashed routers without any extra PPAU bells and whistles, which I think would be a shame. A PPAU-branded box would be a great talking point and worth the extra money IMO.
