Just making a post here to open up discussion on ideas and progress. I’m still seeking approval and info on next steps from Supanova so hopefully that will be forthcoming. We’ve discussed a couple of people we’d like to invite, but if any locals are interested in speaking or people to fly in form interstate they’re welcome to.

What would the focus of the panel be on? I’m always around the Brisbane and Gold Coast Supanovas, so I could potentially give some assistance there.
Sorry for late reply. I want to echo the same overall issues as the Pax panel last year, broadly: the intersection of laws and culture with digital/new media (probably focus on copyright, censorship). I have a shortlist of speakers written up but haven’t approached any of them yet. If you have any suggestions feel free to PM me.
