The Commonwealth Attorney-General has referred the Australian Citizenship Amendment (Allegiance to Australia) Bill 2015 (Cth) (‘Allegiance to Australia Bill’) to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security (‘PJCIS’).
