- 7-10-2017: NC permissions have been updated to better reflect their responsibilities (+ Trust Level 4, - Moderator)
- 17-10-2017: NC members can reference their group the same way that we can reference users. For example: @Fletcher sends me a notification, @ national_council (without the space) does the same for all NC members.
- 17-10-2017: NC members have stars now. (can be changed to any Font Awesome icon, I just picked a star)
